Fishing License Age

All residents and non-residents 16 years of age or younger are exempt from having to purchase recreational fishing licenses.

License Validity

All recreational fishing licenses are valid between Sept. 1 and Aug. 31

Commercial licenses are issued at the Montgomery Office by mailing in application only. A license information packet can be viewed for each license for information, laws, and regulations.

Fishing License Age

All anglers under the age of 16 are exempt from having to purchase a resident or nonresident sport fishing license.

License Validity

Arizona

Online Availability

Fishing licenses can be purchased directly on the Arizona Game and Fish Department website. Here, you can both purchase a new and re-print an existing fishing license.

Fishing License Age

All residents and nonresidents 10 years of age or older need a valid fishing license in order to fish any water in Arizona.

License Validity

All fishing licenses in Arizona are valid 365 days from the day of purchase.

All Connecticut fishing licenses are issued on a calendar year basis and expire on December 31st.

Delaware

Online Availability

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control has built an ePermitting system called Digital DNREC. This online license and permit system allows you to purchase a digital fishing license.

Note: During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, recreational license sales at DNREC offices are suspended.

Fishing License Age

All resident and non-resident anglers age 16 and older are required to purchase a fishing license in the state of Pennsylvania. While fishing, you must carry your valid license on you at all times and provide it upon the request of an officer.
